With its spacious pool terrace and good quality, stylish furnishings, this villa is simply stunning. This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is full of character and charm and has all the ingredients for experiencing the Spanish lifestyle. Located in the area of Moraira there’s a parade of restaurants, bars and shops a short walk from the villa. For a wider selection the resort centre is a short drive away.

One of the many highlights at this villa is the spacious pool terrace, which is a great place for lazy days. There are also many additional terraces including a dining area for eating alfresco or simply just relaxing in the sun with a cool drink. The gas BBQ by the pool is great for cooking up your favourite summer treats. Access to Villa Zamora is via the gated driveway with parking for up to 4 hire cars. There is also a separate a pedestrian gate. The main entrance to the villa is at the rear of the house, opening into a spacious hallway on the ground floor.

The eye-catching open plan living area is on the ground floor and oozes charm, with its high beamed ceiling, creating a light and airy feel. There is an ornamental fireplace, 2 sofas and a flat screen TV. Just behind here is a solid wood dining table and chairs. The good quality wooden kitchen is to one side, with plenty of worktop space and all mod-cons. This area has 3 patio doors, leading to several terraces with a seating area and views of the pool and surrounding area.

Internal stairs lead down to all 3 bedrooms on the pool level. The 2 double bedrooms have en suite shower rooms each with patio doors leading to a terrace. One of the double bedrooms also has a dressing room. The twin bedroom has an attractive curved window and patio doors leading to a terrace with direct access to the pool. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor, as well as a WC upstairs.

The villa fully enjoys south westerly views, including the afternoon sun and stunning sun sets over the hills and beyond. Within a 5 minute walk away is located a small supermarket, local bars, car rental office and 2 hairdressers. A 3 minute drive or 25 minute walk takes you into Moraira town centre and beach.
