The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Zacarias was exactly what we needed! The pool & jacuzzi were our fave spots to chill after a day at the beach. The location is spot on—5 min walk to shops & restaurants, plus close to the golf course (my husband loved that!). Also, huge thanks to the concierge team for helping us plan a surprise birthday dinner. Made our trip even more special!
Stayed here with my family (4 adults, 2 kids) and it was amazing! The villa is beautifully decorated, super clean, and had all the comforts of home. Loved the terrace in the master bedroom—perfect spot for morning coffee with ocean views! ???? Also, big shoutout to the team for the welcome pack… such a nice touch! Booking was a breeze, and they even gave us some great local tips. We’ll be back for sure!
We had such a chill time here! The villa is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all the gadgets, and the pool was a dream. Super close to the beach too! Would def recommend.
Wow!! The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the ocean every morning was priceless. ???? The villa was super clean, and the private pool with the jacuzzi? Just perfect for a relaxing evening. We stayed for a week, and everything was smooth—from the booking to check-in. The team was super helpful, even arranged a car rental for us. 100% would book again!

We all had an excellent week at this lovely Villa, which is very well furnished and well equipped. The private pool which is heated is wonderful and there is a pool table and table tennis table to use if you so require. The views are lovely, and I would recommend this Villa to anyone who wants to relax and read, enjoy family company and come back refreshed. We did not want to come home, it was everything we wanted and more.
We were very pleased with the villa. It’s exactly as described, with tons of space (much more than we needed) and all the amenities described: heated pool, fully equipped, i’d definitely recommend staying here!
