Villa Ybanez is an exclusive detached beachfront villa in Andalucian style merged with modern technology and elegant furnishings. Set fifty yards from the sea and dunes it is located just to the east of Marbella, and is a 10 minute drive into Marbella and Puerto Banus.
Its elegant foyer with high ceiling and circular windows leads directly to the large living room with fireplace, and a separate dining room with the adjacent modern and completely equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen there are also a storage room and a laundry room with access to a small patio.
All rooms on the ground floor offer access to a large covered terrace.
The master bedroom suite is located on the ground floor and includes a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a separate lounge with fireplace and TV. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath is located behind the kitchen, for potential use as a staff bedroom. A staircase and a lift connect all three floors of the villa.
The first floor boasts four further double bedroom suites, each with its own walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. All four bedroom suites offer access to the spacious upper terrace with its spectacular panoramic views of the dunes, the beach and the sea.
The basement hosts a discotheque with bar and wine cellar, a gym, a Turkish bath and a cinema room. The driveway includes water features and leads to the underground garage for 5-6 cars in the basement that is directly accessible from the lift. Astra sat TV and IPTV channels may be viewed on the TVs in the living room, the master bedroom lounge and the cinema room that also offers a DVD player. The flooring is marble throughout and all rooms but the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning with cooling function and underfloor heating. The property is secured with an alarm system and a video entry phone.
Externally, there is a well maintained garden with heated swimming pool, sunbathing area with deck chairs, a covered Thai style pool bar with barbeque area and a direct access to the beach dunes and the sea.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Ybanez is a haven of opulence by the sea. The master suite’s Jacuzzi and the terrace with panoramic views were highlights. The discotheque and cinema room in the basement were perfect for family fun. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and property manager for their exceptional service!
The housekeeper hospitality is beyond expectations. We were greated with a great welcome pack after the airport transfer services. The villa is beautiful, very clean with all the comforts of home. The outdoor space is private, pool sparkling, and gardens beautiful. The location gives you expansive views of the sea with direct access to the beach. It was very hard to leave, and look forward to my next visit.
Last friday we came back from a one week stay in villa Ybanez in sunny Marbella.
What a splendid week we had!
The villa exceeded our expectations. The whole villa smelled fresh and was very clean, we felt instantly at home. Every detail is taken care of. The beds are excellent, perfect showers. The garden is meticulously taken care of and beautiful. There is every opportunity to enjoy the sunny climate of Costa Del Sol.
This is a holiday destination we hopefuly return to soon.
We stayed at Villa Ybanez 2 weeks in May and had a really enjoyable stay, many thanks to the beautiful villa with all its lovely qualities and the great follow-up and hospitality we received from the housekeeper.
The check-in and check-out procedures were easy and smooth, free airport transfer and a great welcome pack available on our arrival. The villa was spotless upon arrival – as it also was after the cleaning and laundry service daily during our stay. The villa’s high qualities are sustained throughout – including the very nice interior decoration and amenities, the lovely terraces, the beautiful and well-kept garden and not at least the fantastic swimming pool. The outdoor barbecue was frequently used in the evening.
