If you’re looking for a property with a great central position look no further! Villa Xaviera is ideally located in Fanabe with the Gran Sur Shopping Centre and restaurants on your doorstep. The popular beaches of Fanabe and Torviscas are also only a 5 minute drive away. Inside, the villa is tastefully furnished and outside, a large palm tree and small lawned garden makes the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
The private saltwater swimming pool has a stunning focal point – a large Canarian palm tree – set in a lawned garden, which is a unique feature in Tenerife. A pergola-covered terrace provides some much needed shade for dining alfresco and is only a few steps from the traditional brick built BBQ. The outside area feels comfortable and private – a perfect haven to relax, soak up the sun and cool off with a dip in the pool!
The open-plan lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with two sets of patio doors leading to the pool area and covered pergola terrace. There is an additional seating area on the first floor too. The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen is located at the rear of the villa, with 2 windows letting in plenty of light.
The 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms are spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is 1 twin bedroom with a shower room next door and patio doors leading to the gardens. The double bedroom and further twin bedroom are both located on the first floor with a bathroom in between.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Terms:
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

All bookings are made directly with us, with no additional booking, commission, or service fees. We believe in clear and transparent pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay.

We have a relaxing week in Tenerife and Villa Xaviera was the perfect complement. The property managers were very attentive – popped to see us on the first day to see if everything was all right. Highly recommend.

Just spent half term week in May at this lovely villa which is ideally situated in the lovely area of Costa Adeje. The villa is very spacious with all home comforts. Very well equipped and modern furniture. The pool was great for kids. Amazing views!!
