Villa Xamena is a modern 5 bedroom Ibiza villa with stunning sea & sunset views. The villa is located on the headland near Na Xamena in the north of Ibiza. The village of San Miguel and the beach resorts of Puerto San Miguel & Benirras are close by. From the villa you have direct access to the sea via steps and a 20 minute walk. Quite simply the location is superb with amazing sea views and on most days an unforgettable sunset view – very private – an ideal Ibiza hideaway for friends and families.
There are 5 bedrooms each with a double bed, TV, En-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. Underfloor heating is also available if required.
This modern villa is very well equipped with simply stunning sea & sunset views and views across to Mallorca and across the beautiful north Ibiza headland.

We were ten persons consisting of three generations who had the privilege to rent this wonderful house. The house is very tasteful and has all the conveniences you could ask for. We had an amazing time at Villa Xamena and will definitely return!

The villa is GREAT! Beautiful views, close to the city.
We enjoyed the beautiful and clear pool, the Jacuzzi, outside dinner place and the grill every day. Gym, video library and the PS4 are great addition to this rally luxury Villa. Alba is a great manager, arranged everything we needed, just in time. Very professional. Recommended +++ I find the mattress a bid too hard, but this maybe a thing of preference. Wifi / Internet speed could be better.
