This charming and spacious 3 bedroom villa boasts a fantastic location close to the cove beach and resort centre of Calan Forcat. The villa is fully enclosed by traditional stone walls and hedging with white gates opening onto a private parking area at the front of the house.
The front door opens into a cental hallway. The spacious, open plan lounge/dining area is ahead, with double patio doors opening onto the pool terrace and garden. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent with access to a utility room and a door opening onto the garden at the side of the villa.
All of the bedrooms are off of the hall; left of the entrance are two twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom and at the end of the hall is the spacious double bedroom which has an en suite bathroom and patio doors onto the pool terrace.
All 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with ample storage space and benefit from free air conditioning/heating.
On the right of the hallway is an unusual feature, a glass atrium which allows natural light to flood into the villa.
Outside, a large terrace and lawned garden surrounds the private swimming pool. There is a table and chairs on the covered terrace for enjoying alfresco dining in respite from the sun, complimented by the fantastic BBQ house and exterior kitchen to one side of the pool. There is also an exterior shower room as well as a walk in shower.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We loved staying here! The villa is in a quiet location but still within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. The private pool and terrace were perfect for lazy afternoons, and the kids had so much fun swimming. The glass atrium inside was such a nice feature, bringing in lots of natural light. Everything was well-maintained, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a lifesaver on hot nights. Would definitely recommend!
Villa Waldino was a fantastic choice for our holiday. The outdoor area was beautiful, with plenty of space to lounge by the pool and a covered dining area for relaxing in the shade. The BBQ house was a great touch! Inside, the villa was bright and airy, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We had the best time at Villa Waldino! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the cove beach and close to shops and restaurants. Perfect holiday in Menorca, great service, nice and large bedrooms. The pool was also cleaned and an ideal size depth with a extra. The whole house was so well equipped and comfortable, the beds and bathrooms very clean. I was very pleased and felt the money was worth spending, on a place that had it all the whole package.
