If you want a luxury villa in a relaxing and wellness setting in a mediterranean garden with orange trees directly overlooking the sea, for couples and families this is the villa for you.

This villa also has a dining room and kitchen overlooking the pool and has a panoramic view over the azurblue sea. Pool is heated(+) and has an electrical rolling shutter with solar panels included which makes it ideal for Spring, Autum and Winter swimming. The villa is well equipped and is hired entirely as a home and not just as a holiday let. Previous hirers have described this Villa as a piece of paradise and come back again and again.

It has been fully refurbished throughout with no expense spared. The villa is secure and has a video telephone system from the electric entry gate.

The villa has two bedrooms each with a separate modern bathroom (and in option a basement apartment with a double bed and modern bathroom on fitness & jacuzzilevel), lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A new terras with fitnessroom(+extra modern bathroom and kitchen) and outside jacuzzi, bbq and pergola will amaze you. You will always be the only ones in the property.

The villa is close to an international supermarket , a variety of fine restaurants and the best beaches in the area. A prime position in Cap Blanc – Punta Estrella with a marvellous sea-view and the sky-line of Calpé you will never forget.

The villa is rented with exclusive use of all the facilities. Heated pool is an option, we guarantee 28° from april the 1st till dec the1st, during the winter we garantee 25° pool heating with the new warmth pump. Jacuzzi is an option during wintertime (36°)

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.

Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.

Flexible Bookings:

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.

Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Thank you so much for a wonderful week. The photos advertising the villa don’t do it justice, it was perfect in every way and exceeded all our expectations. Everything we needed was provided, there were lovely touches like well stocked cupboards (I hate having to buy salt, pepper, mustard etc on every holiday) and the availability of towels to use. We both agreed that this was the best holiday we have ever had, the only problem was that we had to come home again.

We had a most enjoyable time in the beautiful Casa Vivianna – already dreaming about a return visit! It was a very nice week and the villa was just perfect. We really liked the view and the villa itself, there wasn’t anything missing.
