Villa Vitello is a sumptuous and opulently furnished beachfront villa located just 5 minutes walk from the glamour and entertainments of Puerto Banus. This is an ideal location for a luxurious vacation. Luxury beachfront estate where lush gardens surround a villa inspired by classic Mediterranean architecture enhanced with ultra-modern features. It is located at a short five minute stroll along the promenade to Puerto Banus, and a five minute drive into Marbella.

The villa itself is 2000 square meters and flows seamlessly between outdoor and indoor living. Intimate living rooms offer quiet respite and large lounges enable lavish entertaining and balcony sitting areas add comfortable enclaves for relaxing and socialising.

Access is via wrought iron electric gates and past the cottages for staff and guests. The main villa is laid out over four levels; all accessed by a lift. The lavish entrance foyer offers outstanding views through the master salon and out to the Mediterranean. The entrance level incorporates a dining room for up to twenty guests, the master salon with baby grand piano, fully fitted kitchen and a number of smaller rooms for more informal gatherings. The first floor contains the five en-suite bedrooms, including the 120m2 master bedroom with sitting room and his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms. There are three further bedrooms in the guest cottages.

The lower ground level is dedicated as an entertainment area incorporating large indoor pool with graeco-roman murals, sauna, large bar area and a private discotheque. The final level of the villa is the roof terrace, which affords spectacular views. The experience is enhanced by the convenience of a roof kitchen providing the necessary facilities for roof-top dining.

– Marbella Suite: At 35 square meters it is the third largest suite in the Villa with sophisticated modern art, an ensuite bathroom and its own exclusive extra large balcony lounge.
– Ronda Suite: With 24 square meters the Ronda has an en-suite full bath as well as an antechamber with a built in wardrobe closet.
– Puerto Banús Suite: At 23 square meters it is the smallest suite in the Villa and evokes the ambience of a comfortable home complete with an ensuite bathroom.

Guest Houses
Here are two separate guest houses on the property with suites, living rooms and full kitchens. These provide an additional four bedrooms and four bathrooms to the Villa’s accommodation capacity

– Costa del Sol: Two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a kitchen.
– Golden Mile: Two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a kitchen.

The tropical gardens lead down to a raised sun terrace and private gated access to the beach. The main exterior feature, however, is the swimming pool which contains a drawing and signature of the artist Pablo Picasso; a personal friend of a previous owner.
