Villa Vista Bonita is a 5 bedroom villa located in a quiet residential area close to the family friendly and popular resort of Cala Vadella on the west coast of Ibiza. Sea views and some of the best sunset views in Ibiza at certain times of the year. Modern refurbished villa with whitewashed was throughout to create a simple, stylish, minimalist and cosy Ibiza villa rental.
Located on the West coast featuring unforgettable sunset views and within walking distance to the beach of Cala Vadella with very good local restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. The pastry shop is located a 3 minutes drive or morning jog away.
The crystal clear waters of the pool invite you to take a refreshing dip. The guests have a few different shade and sun chill-out areas to choose from including three separate dining areas. Inside, the guests will find a spacious open plan living room, the centerpiece of the property, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Vista Bonita has five equally stylish bedrooms, with a large master bedroom. Three of the bedrooms have their bathrooms and the remaining two share a bathroom. The property offers very good maid service throughout the stay. The floor heating installation allows the guest to enjoy the house all year round.

Villa Vista Bonita is located in a residential area only 1 kilometre to the beach at Cala Vadella, although there are neighbours the property is not overlooked. Cala Vadella is a sandy beach which is popular with families and couples due to its laid-back ambience. There is a good selection of beachfront restaurants to choose from.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
