New Villa in Puerto Banus, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain – 10 Minutes Walk From The World Famous Puerto Banus And Its Marina And Beaches. Uniqely situated so close to Puerto Banus yet peacefully located on exclusive boulevard. There is a very large pool with fully equipped bar/entertainment area with male and female WC’s. It has large gardens ,Sky, fibre-optic wifi. BBQ. pool table. table tennis. The villa is available for stays of a minimum of 7 nights and is especially suitable for multiple families. It is not suitable for short stays or large parties of single persons that may create excess noise as it situated in an exclusive residential area.
Enjoy the expansive gardens, a large pool, and a fully equipped bar/entertainment area, complete with male and female WCs, pool table, and table tennis. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Villa Virginia, close to Puerto Banus, exceeded our expectations. The pool, bar, and gardens were fantastic. With seven bedrooms, each having an en-suite bathroom, it offered luxury and privacy. We enjoyed pool games and table tennis. This villa is a tranquil, elegant option for a vacation near Puerto Banus.

Our stay at Villa Virginia was incredible! This spacious, well-equipped villa near Puerto Banus was the perfect choice. The large pool, gardens, and entertainment area kept everyone happy. Seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms ensured a comfortable stay. If you want a peaceful yet exclusive getaway, this villa is ideal.

Villa Virginia is ideal for holidays with big group of friends. We came at 14 people to celebrate my birthday and that was the perfect venue. Close to the beach, close to Marbella. The house is really immense and has everything required to spend amazing stay. Top stars!

We had an incredible time at the villa. The place is exactly like the pictures. The kids loved the pool and so did we…everything was impeccable. Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive even though I asked a million questions 🙂 I would highly recommend it….I would definitely go back!! This property is something very special, the outdoor in particular, pool, terrace, dining, etc. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the villa Virginia was absolutely incredible! Set in secluded and tranquil surroundings, the villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos! Gorgeous pool, lovely bedrooms and lounge areas and plenty of secluded spots outside to relax. The outdoor speakers were particularly great for when we were relaxing by the pool. The location is great and really close to Puerto Banus which has some great restaurants and lots of amazing beaches nearby. Daniel was always very quick to reply and really helpful in answering any questions I had. We had a brilliant stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
