Located in the sleepy village of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, just 1km from San Agustin, Villa Vinye is a pretty, traditional-style villa set over one spacious storey. Accommodating up to six guests and featuring beautifully private surroundings, this charming property is the perfect holiday hideaway for families looking to relax and recharge their batteries in the sun.
Light and airy throughout and decorated in soft, neutral tones and accents of rich wood, the villa’s living space is wonderfully welcoming. There is a cosy lounge space with sofa-bench seating, a flatscreen satellite TV, a decorative fireplace and a stylish coffee table. A well-stocked bookcase separates the seating area from the large dining space, which features ample room for up to six guests at the modern, glass-topped wooden table. It’s a great space for enjoying intimate evening meals with the whole family. You’ll find additional dining space in the villa’s spacious, well-equipped kitchen – perfect for indulgent breakfasts or a quiet morning cuppa. There’s plenty of storage and food-preparation space and lots of high-end appliances that include an oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, juicer, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Villa Vinye feature three charming bedrooms, all decorated in the same style as the common areas of the villa and complete with comfy double beds – little havens of rest and relaxation. Guests share the use of two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other featuring a modern hydromassage shower.

The villa’s completely fenced grounds are idyllic, from the pink blossom-adorned trees overhanging the front terrace to the lush lawn area and surrounding trees. The furnished porch provides a covered alfresco dining space, as well as offering a great place to relax with a good book or to enjoy after-dinner drinks while taking in the tranquil surroundings. When it’s time to soak up some rays, why not head to one of the poolside loungers to top up your tan before taking a refreshing dip in the pool! The water is easily accessible via Roman steps, making it easy for guests of all ages to enjoy – it’s the perfect addition to this beautiful island retreat.
The nearest village is the small traditional village of San Agustin (Sant Agusti des Vedra) 1.5 kilometres where there are 2 restaurants and a church. San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) is 4.5 kilometres and is a larger village with about 10 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Restaurante Chimichurri is an Argentinian steak & meat restaurant 1.4 kilometres away. San Antonio Bay is 6 kilometres and there are many restaurants within a 1 kilometre walk of the bay and San Antonio is one of the best places on the island to experience the magical sunset either at the beach or at Café Mambo / Café del Mar (7.5 kilometres).

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
