The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Terms:
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

Loved our time at this villa! It was modern, clean, and had plenty of space for our group. The garage was handy, and the air conditioning kept us cool. Super close to everything we needed. A fantastic place to stay in Gran Canaria!

Villa Vinicius had it all—spacious rooms, a beautiful pool, and a great outdoor dining area. We really enjoyed our evenings on the terrace. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. Would definitely book again!

This villa exceeded our expectations. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the quiet location but also how easy it was to get to restaurants and the beach. The perfect mix of relaxation and fun!

We stayed here with family, and it was incredible. The villa is huge, so we all had our own space. The outdoor area was lovely, and the pool was perfect for the kids. Having five bathrooms was a big plus too. Highly recommend!

Villa Vinicius served as an ideal base for our Gran Canaria adventure. The three floors of this fantastic property offered ample space, and the private swimming pool was a refreshing retreat. We have recently stayed at the Villa and found it fantastic. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. The pool was brilliant fun, and cleaned 4 times whilst we were there. We only left the villa to go for short walks or to get provisions during the day as it was just too fabulous to go anywhere else. I would highly recommend booking your holiday at this villa you will not be dissapointed.
