With fabulous views over the South coast of the island to the sea, a bright and colourful interior and a great location within easy reach of Son Bou’s beautiful beach and centre, it’s not hard to see why Villa Villanueva is part of our programme! This impressive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is only a few minutes walk from a choice of shops and eateries with the beautiful Son Bou beach around 10 minutes on foot or a couple of minutes drive. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Villanueva’s exotic exterior is what really makes it stand out from the crowd! The private swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of space to relax and take in the scenery, and is bordered by palms and flowers overlooking the sea. The brick BBQ and exterior dining area are on the covered terrace raised above the swimming pool where the views over the resort to the sea are at their very best…
Villa Villanueva is stylishly furnished throughout, with bright and airy rooms, and a traditional high beamed ceiling. The living area is open plan with comfy seating around an attractive feature fireplace and a dining table and chairs. The compact but well equipped kitchen is adjacent.
A hallway leads directly from the lounge to the villa’s bedrooms. There is a single bedroom and twin bedroom on the right. At the end of the hall is the double bedroom which has an en suite bathroom. All 3 of these bedrooms have patio doors onto the raised BBQ terrace with steps down to the pool. A second single bedroom and separate bathroom are on the left of the hall.
Villa Villanueva has a private, off road parking area for your hire car with a path leading to the entrance. There is also a gated pedestrian entrance if you park on the street.
Villa Villanueva is located in the Torre Soli area of Son Bou, a few streets back from the resorts beautiful golden beach, in an elevated position securing excellent views over the rooftops to the sea. The bustling resort centre of San Jaime is within a few minutes walk and has a fantastic choice of shops and restaurants. The entrance to the beach is 1 mile away and can be reached either on foot or by car.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Villanueva is amazing! Firstly – the Views- Stunning! The villa is luxurios. The facilities both inside and outside the villa are excellent and high quality, eating areas in sun and shade in a lovely garden with a bbq. The pool is beautiful, the views whilst swimming quite magical! The service arrangements for both the villa and pool were first class. The kitchen is well stocked. The villa is in a lovely location. There are a range of tavernas, bars and restaurants from locals. The local beach is beautiful and swimming is safe. What a wonderful, peaceful holiday with no worries!
Amazing holiday. Villa so beautiful-kept immaculately by owner. Couldn’t have been more helpful. We stayed with 7 adults mostly-and a baby. We would highly recommend.
