Beautiful villa located in a very elegant luxury development called Faro Park in the Red Mountain and Faro Pechiguera in the south-west of Playa Blanca.
Highly recommended for families with children, because it has a low wall with a gate that separates the house of the pool and play area for safety of children.

It is a detached villa which is situated on a plot of 600 m2, parking by the house, holl, 2 bedrooms, one en suite, 2 bathrooms, the first and the second bath with shower, lounge decorated with harmony and pleasure, with garden and heated pool, equipped, WIFI, TV. CD. Library, board games, etc. .., fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need, dining room overlooking the garden and private heated pool, with fantastic sunsets.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We stayed at Villa Victoria for 12 nights mid to late July we found the Villa had everything we needed for a family of 4, the pool area was fantastic very modern and looked like one of the best in the area, We’ve been to Playa Blanca 3 previous times but always stayed in Hotels however the Villa is definitely the best way to go it’s a bit out of the main resort but there’s a bus that runs to and from every half an hour only costing around €9 for family, the bus stop is only 5 mins walk from the Villa next to a row of Bars,cafes,restaurants and supermarket so everything is handy if you don’t fancy going into main resort every night as you’ll find a few of the restaurants are about the best in Playa Blanca. Overall I’d highly recommend this Villa if you are looking for a relaxing time without rushing for sun loungers at a ridiculous time!!!
We had the most fantastic stay at this villa. The pool area was so luxurious and beautifully lit of an evening to enjoy a night time swim. The outdoor seating area was fantastic for eating, playing games and just relaxing. Handily locates for walking to the restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the property.
