The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We spent one week in the house, and was the best option. It is situated in a quiet beautiful surrounding, in one of the best areas of the island. Such an incredible stylish villa, perfect for friends and family sharing a holiday. A fabulous holiday thank you!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful place. Great for a good variety of nearby beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc – everything you need is accessible. Very peaceful location, with beautiful scenery. We wish to return for another stay – we didn’t want to leave!
I was looking for a quiet break and some autumn sunshine with a night out in Ibiza and found this gem. Gorgeous house with stunning views and a great terrace for chilling, you have no choice but to relax in this place. I had never before explored the countryside of ibiza and was pleasantly surprised by its beauty. The housekeeper is great, very friendly and provides lots of local tips – good beaches/restaurants/walks, etc.
We stayed in the beautiful house from end of May until beginning of June with 8 friends! The house has really everything you need (certainly the kitchen is very well equipped, but also a lot of books and games are available and lots of CD’s to make it yourself at home) and is decorated very cosy. We enjoyed our private swimming pool a lot, spent some time on the upstairs terraces looking at the stars and slept very well in the brand new beds that housekeeper installed in the house a week before our arrival! The house is easy to reach and nearby some villages and supermarkets. For all of us, it was a super experience and we even consider coming back 🙂
