Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this impressive house and take a dip in this amazing salt pool which sizes 7 x 3 meters and has a depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.8 meters. In addition, the pool is fenced to protect the little ones. In the garden with an artificial lawn you can rest on one of two sun beds and enjoy a sunny day. On a furnished porch you will be able to organize nice meals with you family or friends or a delicious barbecue. The plot is fenced and the house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with direct the ground floor you’ll find a modern, air-conditioned living-dining room where you can watch a filmon the satellite TV, a DVD with your kids or have nap on the comfy sofa. The room is decorated in white colours and big windows make it bright.
In a fully-fitted kitchen with ceramic hob you can prepare delicious meals. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with shower and one air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds. A laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and an ironing board.Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with a trundle bed. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The biggest bedroom on this floor has an en-suite bathroom and an access to a terrace with spectacular views. Beside the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with shower.
For our youngest guests we will provide a cot and a baby high lovely property is located in the urbanisation of Son Serra de Marina in the north of Mallorca, and it’s ideal for those seeking beach and relax. The coast is mostly rocky, but at its end, there’s a lovely sand beach and a restaurant where good food is served. It’s a nice beach for practising windsurfing or paddle-surfing and taking long strolls along the coast. A nice trail leads you through the dunes to the village Colonia de Sant Pere, formerly a fishing village and due to that with lots of good fish and seafood restaurants.
A short drive takes you to the village of Can Picafort; during the summer a lively place with all necessary amenities for an independent stay. The beach of Can Picafort is several kilometres long and there you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, take a walk on the seafront and have some ice-cream. During the first two weeks of August, take place the Fiestas Patronales of Can Picafort in honour to Saint Mare de Déu and with a good leisure and activity program, like dancing activities, sports, theatre and much more.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Venezuela exceeded our expectations for a family vacation. The fenced salt pool and nearby sandy beach kept everyone entertained. The air-conditioned bedrooms provided a welcome escape, and the fully-fitted kitchen made dining a breeze. A perfect blend of relaxation and seaside fun.
We stayed as a large family group for a week in the fabulous villa Venezuela. Everything was perfect. Lots of space for everyone and a great outdoor terrace near the heated pool. Plenty of space around the excellently maintained swimming pool. Excellent booking management by Francesca and Andrea, the local manager. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrea and her help was very much appreciated by all. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Venezuela for an extra special holiday with family or friends.
We stayed in Villa Venezuela a large family group for a week in June. The villa itself is breathtaking, bedrooms are nicely decorated and spacious. It has every facility you could want and then some! The pool area I absolutely loved. We also spent a lot of time on the outdoor terrace. The villa was maintained excellently everyday by Andrea and Daniela to ensure we had the best experience possible. Our stay was very special and magical. I would highly recommend for a large group event or a special holiday with family and friends.
The villa itself was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor pool was incredible, every bedroom finished to a very high standard and the kitchen was outrageously impressive. Andrea the villa manager was a pleasure to deal with, she was helpful throughout our stay. It was perfect in every way. The villa, the grounds and the views were wonderful and really made it the best week of our lives.
