3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

This villa actually lives up to it’s pictures and then some. What a great place to spend a relaxing week with friends and family, with lot’s of space. Great sea views and pool is fantastic. The guest services manager was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we were happy with our stay. If you are looking for a week of peace and quiet – this is the place.

Booking and communication were excellent. Alba was easily contactable before and during the holiday, if needed. His welcome and introductions were very friendly and reassuring. On arrival, the villa staf were there to greet us. We were provided with lots of local specialities during our stay – a huge fruit basket, coffee, delicious biscuits, bread, more wine. The villa is immaculate. The photos on the website show it exactly as it is. It is cleaned and towels, sheets etc freshened, every 3 or so days. It is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The pool and garden are lovely. It has loads of seating outdoors and great views over the village and down to the sea.

This villa is the closest thing to heaven that I have found! Very well equipped, amazingly comfortable inside, extremely well maintained gardens. Wow! I don’t have the words to explain how fantastic is was.

The villa was truly fantastic. I booked for 6 of us to stay for a week so it was on my head if the villa wasn’t up to scratch. Everyone, including myself, was blown away by the sheer size and the look of the place. It looks as good as it does in the photos but there was so much more room than we had expected. All the rooms were clean and well furnished and the location was excellent. We mostly used taxis to get around and it couldn’t have been easier. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a great time in Ibiza.

Villa Vava was the epitome of luxury and sophistication in Ibiza. The villa’s design truly maximized natural light and showcased stunning views at every turn.
