Come and discover this dream holiday home. It is fully equipped, bright, and has approximately 350-sq.m surface area surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of approximately 1,350 sq.m. The house is in the suburbs about 2,000 m away from the heavenly Arenal Beach. You can find modern LED satellite TVs with approximately 3,000 channels in all languages and a PlayStation 4 in each bedroom and in the lounge.
In addition, the house boasts a modern equipped kitchen, a large roof terrace with wonderful views of the mountain and the valley, a salt water pool, air conditioning, and automatic heating with a heating controller in each bedroom. The whole house has drinking water and three of the four bedrooms give onto the garden via large sliding windows. The fourth bedroom leads out onto a large terrace with an eye to the mountains and the valley. We also provide a Jacuzzi, a barbecue, and two Technogym gym machines amongst many other extra amenities.
The house is brand new, well looked after, and equipped with luxury furniture. The rental rate includes the cleaning service, gardener, and porter. The facade and the garden are lit up by LEDs. You can enjoy gorgeous lighting in the evenings. State-of-the-art barbecue with grill, new table tennis table, and garden furniture.
The house is bright throughout the day and you can enjoy the sunset at dusk. There are wonderful views of the valley and the mountains.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This beautifully maintained villa with modern appliances was great for our family. the maid, gardener and pool man kept the villa immaculate and we had a fantastic 2 weeks in this villa. We will definitely be back. Highly recommendable.
First impressions were fantastic, beautifully clean and spacious. All bedrooms were fully equipped with air con and all bathrooms were modern and clean. The whole of the villa was packed with every mod con and gadgets to keep the adults and kids entertained!! The outdoor pool area and hot tub were perfect for spending lazy days and nights together. Can’t thank the owners enough with our holiday, every need was catered for and nothing was too much trouble. Cannot fault the villa in anyway, pool was beautiful and very private throughout.
