With a delightful pool terrace showcasing the outdoor dining area and BBQ, Villa Tovar is an ideal choice to experience the Spanish lifestyle. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has contemporary furnishings, so you have a good balance both inside and out. If you can tear yourself away from the house, the Arenal Beach and promenade in Javea is around a 10 minute drive away.
The private pool takes pride of place within the spacious grounds. After a lazy day, why not rustle up your favourite Spanish food on the brick BBQ and dine alfresco under the large pergola. Just off the pool area is a covered terrace with rattan furniture – a great place to relax with a cool drink. Steps to one side of the villa lead to an additional terrace, at the rear, with a dining table and chairs, plus the pool table under the gazebo. As you enter the house, on the lower ground floor, there is a brightly furnished lounge with access to the covered terrace. Internal stairs lead up to the ground floor dining room that has patio doors that flood the room with natural light. From here, there’s access to a spacious balcony with rattan furniture, overlooking the pool. The ground floor lounge with a sofa and a flat screen TV is just off the dining room.

From the ground floor lounge/dining area is a small sitting room and well equipped contemporary kitchen where you can rustle up anything from a cool drink to a tasty treat. There is also a small table and chairs. Due to the split-level nature of this villa, the patio door from the kitchen leads to the ground floor terrace where the gazebo is located. Steps to one side of the villa lead down to the pool area.
The lower ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. One of the doubles has patio doors leading out to the covered terrace and pool area. There is also a large, separate bathroom with a separate bath and shower cubicle. On the ground floor is a further double bedroom with patio doors that lead out to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool as well as an en suite shower and dressing room. The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:

Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our group of ten enjoyed a sun-kissed oasis at Villa Tovar. The delightful pool terrace, BBQ, and contemporary furnishings provided a perfect balance. The spacious grounds and covered terrace with rattan furniture added to the charm. A short drive to Arenal Beach completed our sun-soaked Spanish escape.
Villa was great with every amenity you need. Pool area was thoroughly used and enjoyed by children and adults alike. Plenty of sun beds and outdoor seating. Would definitely go again.
We spent two lovely weeks at Villa Tovar, celebrating my wife’s birthday, – nineteen people all together. The place and location is excellent. There is a large pool with an attending outdoor kitchen, BBQ, WC. The housekeeper look in to us every day to see if every thing was OK. We will love to come back.
