This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has contemporary furnishings, so you have a good balance both inside and out. If you can tear yourself away from the house, the Arenal Beach and promenade in Javea is around a 10 minute drive away.

The private pool takes pride of place within the spacious grounds. After a lazy day, why not rustle up your favourite Spanish food on the brick BBQ and dine alfresco under the large pergola. Just off the pool area is a covered terrace with rattan furniture – a great place to relax with a cool drink. Steps to one side of the villa lead to an additional terrace, at the rear, with a dining table and chairs, plus the pool table under the gazebo. As you enter the house, on the lower ground floor, there is a brightly furnished lounge with access to the covered terrace. Internal stairs lead up to the ground floor dining room that has patio doors that flood the room with natural light. From here, there’s access to a spacious balcony with rattan furniture, overlooking the pool. The ground floor lounge with a sofa and a flat screen TV is just off the dining room.
