Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.

Our stay at Villa Tores was nothing short of magical. The villa’s design maximized natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The private heated pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation, and the outdoor terrace offered stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the covered parking was a convenient touch. Thanks to the accommodating staff for making our holiday in Gran Canaria truly special.

We stayed here for 9 days could not fault anything it was even better than the photos, really spotless and clean all my family loved it , 5 minutes in taxi to Puerto Rico , beach etc . The owner was really nice and helpful you could ask him anything and he would do his best to help TOP MAN I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends we will be booking again ??????????

We have been at this exclusive villa for 12 days, and I have to say that we enjoyed a lot this holidays. The house is perfect and has everything you need to enjoy the nice weather and the quietness of the area.
We had contacted Francesca to book this Villa. We met the villa staff manager at the place, and he kindly explained and showed us everything. He was focused on fulfilling all our requests. He was very kind and professional.
We absolutely recommend to use this house and Francesca`s services for your family holidays. We will try to come back again soon.
