Villa Tesa is a modern house with large spaces located in the village of Macher. It was built in 1997 respecting the traditional architecture of the area. It is on an estate of 2,300 sqm with fruit trees and ornamental plants. The house is very cozy with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. Wi-Fi included.

The house has four bedrooms, two with double bed, one with two single beds and the last with a single bed. 3 bathrooms with shower / bath equipped with hairdryer and Aloe Vera products from Laura Hutton (dispenser gel / shampoo and moisturizer), kitchen, living room and dining room. The terrace has outdoor furniture, large garden with native plants, barbecue, solarium and swimming pool.

The location is fantastic, Macher is a very quiet and with all amenities nearby residential area. It is very close to the beaches of Puerto del Carmen, the Puerto Calero marina and minutes from La Geria and the main roads of the island. Getting around Lanzarote is very comfortable from this house.

Small resort, in the southern part of the island, 12 km west from Arrecife, 3 km north from Pto del Carmen. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Situated in the district of Tias, whose coastline is the most important on the island, started from the small fishing village of Puerto del Carmen and which has progressively grown from the succession of marvellous beaches which mix with the rocky formations. Inland in Tias, is the valle of Geria, formed from volcanic ash. In this area there is a large number of socio-cultural centres: Teatro Municipal, the culture house and its civic centre and services.
