Villa Tello is a charming 4-bedroom villa in Santo Tomas, Menorca, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy a large private saltwater swimming pool surrounded by a lush lawn garden, perfect for children to play. This family-friendly villa features a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with an en suite, and two additional twin bedrooms sharing a shower room. With a large private swimming pool and lawn garden, fabulous views over the sea and a good location close to the centre of Santo Tomas, it’s easy to see why Villa Tello is part of our programme! The shops, restaurants and superb sandy beach in the heart of this much-loved resort are a short walk downhill or a minutes drive and WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and ground floor lounge are included.
Outside, Villa Tello has a fantastic private, salt water swimming pool overlooking the neighbouring rooftops to the sea below. There is a brick BBQ and a covered table and chairs for dining alfresco in respite from the hot Menorcan sunshine, and plenty of space to relax and admire the surroundings.
Beyond the pool is a sunken, large lawn garden which is perfect for children to play, or even enjoy a picnic whilst taking in the wonderful scenery.
The ground floor has an open plan lounge and dining area with the fully equipped kitchen adjacent. There is a table and chairs comfy seating area, with patio doors opening onto the covered exterior dining terrace overlooking the pool and garden towards the sea. Stairs lead up to a second spacious lounge are on the first floor. Patio doors open onto a spacious terrace running the length of the villa: the perfect place to watch the sun set over the sea with a cool drink.
All of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. A double bedroom and twin bedroom, each with an en suite bathroom, are at one end of the lounge. Two twin bedrooms which share a separate bathroom are to the other end.
Villa Tello is set on the hillside on the road that winds up through Santo Tomas from the beach, securing the wonderful views over the sea from its elevated position. The villa has a gated driveway with space for your hire car, surrounded by flowers and shrubs, with a path leading up to the house.
Villa Tello has wonderful views from its position, perched on the hillside above the sought-after resort of Santo Tomas. It only takes a few minutes to drive, or 20 minutes to walk, down the hill into the resort which has a good selection of shops and restaurants, and a beautiful, long sandy beach. The seafront promenade is a particular highlight, perfect for leisurely walks watching the sun set at night. There are also several family activities within the resort, as well as within a short drive.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Tello exceeded all our expectations! We had such a relaxing time here. The villa was very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The saltwater pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed using the BBQ for some alfresco dining. We also appreciated the welcome concierge service; they made our check-in smooth and even gave us some great local tips. Would definitely return for another family holiday!

We had an amazing 2 weeks’ stay at the Tello in Menorca Santo Tomas. The place is really spacious – comfortable for eight people. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable, the living area is lovely – big, comfortable sofas, light and spacious and again with very good air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a big fridge/freezer.
The outside areas are lovely – one side overlooking the sea and the other overlooking the road through the resort. We felt very well looked after and I’d recommend the house to large families/extended families and friends.
