Modern, rustical, very nice furnished villa near the mediterranean cost in Altea. The main apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, seperate apartment (70 qm) 1 bedroom, 1 bath.
The villa is situated in the urbanization Santa Clara, a green, quiet oasis at the foot of the mountains Bernia. The village center of Altea la Vella has 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, health center, shops, bars, cafeterias and many restaurants. Plenty of parking space within the plot (1400 m) and various sitting areas in addition to large sun deck, overlooking the Bernia and the Green make possible a relaxing holiday.
