The dream villa is a new building surrounded by evergreen gardens and is located in a very quiet location in El Socorro with a mild climate zone. On the 363 m2 living space you can only feel good. In the lower area and facing the garden is the huge living and dining room with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, the master bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, dressing area and a separate sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed, especially for children.
On the opposite side of the living room are 2 further bedrooms with access to the garden, a shower room and a guest toilet. Both the modern and fully equipped kitchen, as well as an additional dining area and the laundry room with washer and dryer, each face the front garden. The upper floor also has a modern studio with a sleeping and seating area and a private shower room. Both the structure of the house, as the upscale decoration and the furniture leaves nothing to be desired. Highlight is the garden with sea view, the furnished terrace and of course the pool (3,40 x 6,60 m) with a mobile cover.
An underground car park with parking for 2 cars and direct access to the house is available to our guests. Only about 10 minutes from the house are the marine swimming pools and the beach of Bajamar. Hiking and nature lovers will find various hiking trails in the immediate vicinity and of course the Anaga and Mercedes mountains in about 20 minutes drive. La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is less than 10 minutes drive away. An absolute holiday home for individual travelers who seek relaxation away from mass tourism and appreciate the local gastronomy and wines of the region.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We visited Villa TEA in the summer as a family of 6 adults, a nine year old and a 10 month old baby. We followed directions that we’d received from Alba, before we left and found the villa easily. Villa Tea is plenty big enough for 8, and there are lots of outside areas for you to have your own space if you want it. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had great fun shopping in the local supermarket (taking full advantage of the fresh Spanish shellfish), and then cooking it on the built in BBQ at the villa and eating at sunset. We also enjoyed a big breakfast every morning around the large table.
We had an amazing holiday mainly because the villa was perfect for us and the worst part of the holiday was having to leave. We will never forget this holiday and will definitely be returning as soon as we can.
Our initial impression of the villa was fabulous and it certainly lived up to the description on the website and additional information we had been given. The terrace was super and we spent several evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. The views were stunning. We had arranged for the pool to be heated and it was amazing that you could enjoy a swim in an outside pool in the middle of January. The kitchen at the villa had everything we could wish for and really made self catering a pleasure. The weekly market and the surrounding supermarkets were a joy and had lots of fresh local ingredients to choose from.
There were lots of restaurants within easy walking distance from the villa and there were more in the surrounding areas. The villa agents were extremely helpful and only a phone call away.
We would definitely recommend this villa and really would be very happy to book this villa again (hopefully not in the too distant future).
