2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

I stayed 8 in our holiday group and what a gorgeous villa this is, very clean and spacious, there was more than enough room for all of us. The location is was perfect for what we wanted. The restaurant accross the road was good value. Would definitely recommend the villa to others.

We travel a lot. The villa is lovely and have a great location in Puerto Calero Lanzarote. Walking distance from great supermarkets and beaches. Lovely pool and temperature! TV package is amazing and so many choices (Sky Sports and Movies to name but a few). Would I recommend/come back? Absolutely!

The villa is gorgeous and we couldn’t fault it in any way. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and it has everything you need in terms of furnishings etc. Perfect location nearby bar/pub locals, restuarant and supermarket! The Villa truly is stunning and we couldn’t fault it in any way. The beds are incredibly comfy and the pool is a lovely temperature – especially when it gets a little bit too hot to sunbathe! 🙂
