This villa (320 m²) is an unique property with breathtaking views over Cala Jondal. An electrically operated gate opens onto the large fenced area (7200m²). In front of the house is a parking place with parking for several cars. The secured entrance gives access to a spacious hall with a guest toilet.

The spacious, tastefully decorated living room has glass sliding doors offering an impressive view. Large comfortable sofas form a cosy lounge area with sat.TV, DVD, WiFi, 2 B&O iPod docking stations inside and outside.

Behind the partition wall with TV, is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances.

The utility room has an extra refrigerator / freezer combo and a wine / champagne cooler. There is a washing machine and dryer.

The dining area has an extra large dining table which seats 10 people. From the kitchen you reach the covered terrace with a dining table which seats 14 people. The glass sliding doors from the living room give access to the covered stone terrace, with a wealth of luxurious lounge areas with comfortable furniture from design2chill. Fantastic Infinity pool (14 x 6). With beautifully designed living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest house, this villa is perfect for large families or groups seeking a lavish getaway in Ibiza.

The ground floor has two bedrooms The top floor has three bedrooms.

The upper floor has an additional roof terrace perfect for sunsets and starry nights! The other two bedrooms are located in the guest house at the side of the villa. These have a separate entrance from the terrace.
