In the village of Es Cubells, in southwestern Ibiza, lies an exquisite example of a Spanish Mediterranean style villa dubbed Villa Talia. The villa spans nearly eight thousand square feet and includes over a quarter of an acre of private land with six bedrooms capable of hosting twelve guests and is ideal for hosting large social events. Villa Talia is safely located in a gated community with excellent security features. The villa is maintained by a professional housekeeper who will keep the villa in pristine order daily. The villa’s most popular amenities are its heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and a large furnished terrace with daybeds perfect for sun tanning. To the side of the terrace is the alfresco dining area and a lush green garden, from both of which the views of the sea are spectacular.
The interior of Villa Talia has been designed in a Zen-inspired, minimalist fashion. The central living room is wide and spacious and has been bedecked with the latest in chic contemporary furnishings and objets d’art producing a definitive air of luxury and refinement. Meals can be taken in the elegant dining room adjacent to an up-to-date and sleek kitchen.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa just as described on the internet – magnificent in all respects. The pool was a delight with amazing views overlooking the mountains and the sea. We had a party of 12 including three generations – the youngest being 9 months. The villa is modern and very well equipped….luxury. I recommend to hire a boat and a private chef…..will be your amazing dream holiday!!!!

The villa is beautiful – every room is finished differently and well furnished and has everything you need. The location was perfect for us too – not to far from everything but far enough away – private and safe location. Can’t wait to go back!
Been many times to ibiza, always stayed at villas but this one was the best one without a doubt. The villa is beautiful, the view is outstanding and the location is super convenient. Its isolated, got lots of privacy but you are only 5 min from one of the coolest villages of the island….Es Cubells. The housekeeper was super attentive, always available to resolve any doubt and gave us the best tips and recomendations about what place to visit. Thought I knew the island but after this trip really got to know the authentic ibiza and all thanks to Alba and his team. I highly recommend!!
