The villa is spread across three floors, offering ample space and comfort for your stay. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with three single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The first floor boasts a sun terrace of 50 square meters, complete with comfortable deck chairs and spectacular views.

The ground floor features a spacious kitchen with a breakfast table for 5 people, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The dining room can accommodate up to 10 people, making it ideal for gathering and enjoying meals together. The living room spans an impressive 100 square meters, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. Other amenities on the ground floor include a laundry room, a patio, and a guest toilet.

The basement level offers an additional living room of 50 square meters, complete with a kitchen. This floor also features a professionally equipped gym, perfect for those who want to maintain their fitness routine during their stay. Enjoy a game of pool or spend time in the well-equipped gym. Please note that one child under 2 years old can stay free of charge. The minimum stay is 7 nights, and pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
