The villa is spread across three floors, offering ample space and comfort for your stay. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with three single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The first floor boasts a sun terrace of 50 square meters, complete with comfortable deck chairs and spectacular views.
The ground floor features a spacious kitchen with a breakfast table for 5 people, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The dining room can accommodate up to 10 people, making it ideal for gathering and enjoying meals together. The living room spans an impressive 100 square meters, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. Other amenities on the ground floor include a laundry room, a patio, and a guest toilet.
The basement level offers an additional living room of 50 square meters, complete with a kitchen. This floor also features a professionally equipped gym, perfect for those who want to maintain their fitness routine during their stay. Enjoy a game of pool or spend time in the well-equipped gym. The basement kitchen includes a fridge freezer, cooker with a ceramic hob, and a microwave. The laundry room features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Villa Susana boasts various terraces, balconies, and courtyards, allowing you to relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces. The main terrace features a dining table, and the villa has its own private swimming pool (6m x 15m, 1.6m deep). A wooden gazebo with a seating area provides shade and comfort. There is also a table tennis table and a trampoline for additional entertainment. The villa offers two parking spaces, one in front of the entrance and one at home, with a capacity for up to 11 cars. The tropical garden features 80 palm trees and a variety of exotic plants.
In terms of distance, the beach is 2.5 kilometers away, and there is a restaurant within 0.5 kilometers. The nearest supermarket and village are both approximately 1 kilometer away. Tenerife North Airport is located 22.5 kilometers from the villa.
Please note that one child under 2 years old can stay free of charge. The minimum stay is 7 nights, and pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We’ve just returned from our second visit to this villa in Tenerife and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is particularly spacious and in just the best location ever! It’s close to the restaurants and all amenities including supermarket, taxis and bus … Could not have asked for more!!

Our stay at Villa Susana was lovely. The agent waited for us to arrive on the airport (transfer included on price) and a welcome pack was available.There are all the amenities that you would expect such as washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, wifi etc We particularly enjoyed the BBQ area and spent a couple of evenings enjoying an drink, some music and the lovely ambiance. The pool was beautiful. I highly recommend this villa.
