Stunning luxury villa situated in the mountains of Pollensa on the way to Lluc, with total privacy, countryside and mountain views, less than 6 km from Pollensa, its monuments, shops, restaurants and all services.
The villa is rustic in the exterior, with stone facade, beautiful pergolas and very colorful thanks to the well-kept garden and all its flowers. However, in its interior surprises us with an impeccable modern and original style as well as functional.
The villa has a large swimming pool with removable fence for the children, but if it you do not have children, it is easily dismantled and fully integrated into the surroundings. In addition, it has several areas with games for children, swings, elastic bed for jump … as well as a barbecue at the end of the porch next to the kitchen as well as an outdoor gym on the terrace in first floor with spectacular views.
Already inside the villa, on the ground floor we find a nice entrance of double height that gives us access to the large and open space living room with fireplace and direct access to the front porch, garden and pool. The living room communicates with the large kitchen with dining area, behind which we find the independent laundry. In this same floor we also find a large room with bathroom en suite.
On the first floor we find a living room open to the entrance, as well as a large master bedroom with bathroom en suite, which can be shared, if needed, with the next double bedroom. Also, on this floor we also find last double room and a shared bathroom.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Escape to serenity at Villa Sublime! Nestled in the Pollensa mountains, this villa offers a unique blend of privacy and modern comfort. The large swimming pool, outdoor gym, and daily housekeeping were standout features. The rustic exterior, vibrant garden, and thoughtful amenities make it an ideal choice for a tranquil mountain getaway.
The hosts were incredibly attentive, informative, helpful, approachable etc etc. The property is immaculate and everything that we were hoping for we received. The morning breakfasts were excellent and they accommodated us even when we had an early morning departure. Would have liked to stay there longer.
we really enjoyed our time at this villa, large pool, great bbq, etc. very well equipment, at the team support us for restaurant’s booking or excursions trip. The vacation was fabulous and there were absolutely no issues from booking, to conceirge services to our actual stay. Best vacation ever.
The villa was beautifully finished and decorated, Maria was so helpful and kind, breakfast was lovely, the complimentary car so useful, daily maid service ideal. Very well equipped, modern with an amazing heated pool. Was a great holiday in Mallorca!!
In every way, our vacation in Mallorca was perfection! we were met by Maria, who made sure that our stay was comfortable, effortless and fun! Her advice and guidance about navigating the island and its sites was indispensable. We especially loved being on a more private part of the island, away from the busy towns. After a day of exploring, it was wonderful to return to our private paradise. Simply put, Maria and her staff were more wonderful than we could have hoped for and our trip was a memory we will savour forever! We can’t wait to go back and visit this perfect spot and these wonderful people!
