Located in exquisite El Paraiso Medio urbanization this three bedroom villa (323m2) with large plot (1280m2) having a spacious garden (500m2), heated large pool (10 x 4.5, with 3 m deep and 1.4m shallow end, heating of the pool costs 300 euros/week), large terraces has beautiful interior design and a coherent artistic vision. This beautiful villa has a unique touch, a very elegant and artistic interior design. The main entrance brings you to the living room with its two distinct areas: lounge and dining area. The lounge area and the dining area have a coherent design. The lounge area has a very comfortable and spacious sofa around a glass coffee table. The wood burning fireplace and the flat screen TV make the sitting in this area a very pleasant experience. The dining area has a six seater dining table. The white furniture and orange accessories (cushions, carpets, drapes) give a very homey, yet elegant atmosphere to this space. The living room allows you to exit to the main terrace that offers beautiful pool view. On this level there is also the kitchen, laundry room and service bathroom.

As you go down the stairs to the ground level you find two guest bedrooms each one having its en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms communicate with the garden and terraces. One of the guest bedrooms has two single beds (2m x 90cm), pleasant accessories, artistic decorations. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with one bathtub with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The window allows natural light to invade the space. The second guest bedroom has one double bed (2m x 1.5m), elegant nightstands with lamps, very large wardrobes. The large door gives access to the terrace and garden. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, shower cabin, sink and toilet.

The staircase leads to the second floor where you find the master bedroom with its en suite bathroom and a lovely terrace with a sitting bedroom has a double bed (2m x 1.5m), wardrobes, writing desk, nightstands and lamps with shades. The accessories give a pleasant design to the en suite bathroom has two sinks, bathtub with jacuzzi, walk in shower, bidet, toilet. The unique feature of this en suite bathroom is the fact that it has a large door that allows natural light to lighten the space. From here you may admire the beautiful mountain views and pool views.

The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances needed for a comfortable holiday: Bosch oven, microwave, stove, Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, vitro ceramic, coffee maker, extractor, De Longhi toaster and water kettle. In the kitchen there is a 6 seater dining table and a kitchen bar for 2. Six windows allow the light to invade the area. For your complete comfort you have on this level a laundry room with a Balay washing machine, Zanussi dryer, iron and ironing board. The entire villa (excepting the kitchen) is air conditioned.

The plot is surrounded by vegetation that assures you all the intimacy needed. The terrace on the second level is connected to the master bedroom and has a lovely sitting area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. The property has four private parking places.
