If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

Villa Sotelo is in a fantastic spot, overlooking the golf course and just a short drive to the beach. The area is quiet, but still close to shops and restaurants. The villa itself was modern, well-maintained, and had a real homey feel. Would highly recommend!

This villa was ideal for our family trip. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was really comfortable. Plus, having four bathrooms was super convenient! Great location too, close to everything we needed.

The villa was exactly what we needed for a peaceful break. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor area, and close to great restaurants and the beach. The pool was warm and perfect for evening swims. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay!. The villa has everything you need for a perfect & relaxing stay.The pool towels were great as it saved us packing too many towels.The pool & terrace’s were so relaxing & had a choice where to sit. The loungers were so comfortable too. The view’s were amazing & loved sitting out on the terrace every morning having a cuppa. The bbq was great for when we didn’t want to venture out to eat in the evening.
