This charming villa features a private pool, spacious terraces, a furnished porch, and beautiful countryside views. Enjoy al fresco dining, a BBQ area, and proximity to Cala Sa Nau and Cala D’Or’s vibrant shops and restaurants.
Beautiful cottage with private pool located in S’Horta Felanitx. It is 1.4 km from Cala Sa Nau and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. This villa with AC and central heating has three bedrooms, all of them with views to the countryside or the pool. Two of the rooms have twin beds and the main bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom and access to a furnished terrace. Enjoy a glass of wine at dusk and feel the Mediterranean breeze on your skin.
The living room is furnished with comfy sofas where you will be able to relax watching satellite TV or surfing the Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the dining area there is a table and chairs so you can organize meals with the whole exteriors are fantastic: enjoy the landscape from one of the terraces, swim in the private pool, sunbathe, organize your dinners under the furnished porch, let the kids play around in the lawn area or have a table tennis match.
A few meters from the house there is a parking area with space for 6 area where the house is located is very quiet; it is an ideal place to spend your holiday surrounded by nature. The house is located in a large plot which is surrounded by the Mediterranean countryside.
Near the house you will find lots of little paths where you can ride your bike or go for a stroll. The beach is also very close: Cala Sa Nau is only 1 km far from the house is only 1.5 from Cala d’Or, a seaside town where you will be able to find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and leisure offer. By car you can easily get to Mondragó Natural Park (10 min), Es Trenc or Colònia de Sant Jordi (20 min). The city of Palma is just 60 minutes from the house; there you will find a great leisure offer that includes culture, history and modernity. If you like golf, you are lucky! Vall d’Or Golf Course is only 7.5 km from the house.

We stayed here for nine weeks and were sad to leave. The villa is well equipped and the beds comfy. The many stairs kept us fit and although the pool looked lovely it was too cold for a swim. We would stay here again as it is near the sea and places to eat yet is peaceful.

This was such an amazing place, was just what we needed. The villa is clean, spacious and well equipped and the assistance and communication was perfect. We love Majorca and this is so well positioned, an easy walk into town Cala D’or. Loved every minute of it thoroughly chilled out and the pool was so warm all the time. Would definitely recommend this to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

We have visited Majorca and rented villas for the last 12 years and this villa is, by far, the best we have stayed at. Finished to an extremely high standard, everything you need, quiet but within a short walk to restaurants, bars, etc. The villa is very well appointed – the a/c was welcome as it was 35c when we stayed and made sleeping comfortable. The outside space and pool area is well laid out and great for families or couples alike. Thank you so much – it really made a special holiday. Overall a super experience. We will most certainly return!
