Villa Soria is a delightful and well positioned 3 bedroom villa within a short walk of Binibeca Vell fishing village with its shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful Binibeca beach is around 10 minutes on foot. The villa also has a private pool surrounded by a spacious lawned garden with distant sea views and free WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.
Villa Soria is a pretty, well positioned 3 bedroom villa with a private pool, WiFi and air conditioned/heated bedrooms at no extra cost. The driveway at the rear offers off road parking.
The front door opens into an entrance hall. Immediately to the right is the light and airy lounge/dining area with patio doors out to a covered terrace and beamed ceilings.
A spacious kitchen is off the lounge with fitted wooden units and ample worktops. A separate utility room adjacent to the kitchen houses the washing machine.
To the left of the entrance hall is a family bathroom. Further along the hall is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and patio doors to the side of the villa, and 2 twin bedrooms, one with patio doors out to the pool terrace.
Outside, the spacious gardens, are lawned and enclosed by mature hedges.- an ideal space for children to play and adults to relax. The covered terrace provides welcome shade and the table and chairs and barbeque make it ideal for dining alfresco.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

I spent on this amazing villa one week. Me and my family rent it . Villa is just incredible, everything inside and outside looks exactly the same way as you can see it on pictures. Honestly, I was shocked when I arrived there. Everything was so clean, brand new and beautiful! The vacation went super fun and good. If you want to spend the best vacation with you family or friends I advise this villa for you!!
Myself and eight friends spent a week at Villa Soria…and what a fantastic week it was! The villa was absolutely amazing – a beautiful building, great facilities (incl. a BBQ which we used a lot!!!), a wonderful pool and poolside area, all set in the peace and tranquility of the Binibeca area. A definite thumbs up from me!
All 6 in our party had a fantastic holiday and thought the villa was perfect for our needs. We will be checking this out again for next year too. Thank you for a fab holiday x
