Overlooking the promenade and harbour at Puerto de Soller, this superb, front-line villa occupies an enviable position and boasts a treasure trove of luxuries. Sleeping up to ten guests in freestyle, Villa Sophie is a real find.
Apart from the bright, colourful tiling in the bathrooms, the fresh and elegant décor in the five bedrooms continues throughout the entire villa, with all rooms featuring a clean, modern, minimalist interior.
The four double en-suite bedrooms are flooded with light and beautiful views through oversized windows or Juliette balconies. The fifth bedroom sleeps two lucky children on bunk beds and is accessed via the quite considerable and beautifully furnished library on the upper level.
Villa Sophie’s contemporary lounge connects effortlessly to the well-appointed and uber-modern kitchen. This calming space is where you can come together to relax, sit, chat and share. From here, you can venture out through the fantastic floor to ceiling glass doors and fall immediately in love with your incredible terrace. It’s huge.
It also overlooks the promenade below which, apart from the vintage Soller tram making its hourly journey along the seafront, is traffic free. Beyond that, the entire natural harbour, sandy bay and town of Soller lies in front of you, in all its nautical glory. Complete with a tantalising glimpse of the horizon through the harbour mouth, this mesmerising view will require hours, and hours, of unhurried study. Enjoy!
Your entertaining terrace is ornamented with a dining table, chairs, chill-out seating, umbrellas and a long stretch of balustrade from where everyone can pick their perfect spot for watching the comings and goings of boats and people.
The private pool at Villa Sophie is found on the first-floor terrace, set to one side of the house. It’s a clever use of space and privacy, while still offering superb views out to sea from the glass fronted balcony.
With your back to the harbour, follow your feet to the sun terrace as it wraps around the end of the villa, past the outdoor shower. Private and serene, lie back on one of the sun loungers. This is your space for taking it easy and soaking up the Mallorcan sun.
Down at street level, Villa Sophie shares the harbour front with shops, pavement cafes and tempting restaurants. You are strolling distance from the centre of Puerto de Soller and the only sandy beach on the west coast of Mallorca.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
