Perfectly situated on a large private estate of over 10,000 sq mtrs (4 Acres) in an exclusive residential area. This country house constructed by the owners is a truly amazing property surrounded by established Mediterranean gardens.

Very private with large sweeping drive and oodles of space to relax and unwind. The property boasts a full size tennis court for your exclusive use, racquets and balls also provided. The piéce de résistance must be the pool itself 16 x 8 mtrs (Large than average), gently sloping from a water depth of just 5cm, to the swimming area plunging to a depth of 2 metres. Can be heated during the winter months from 2018 (Additional Fee). Beach towels are included free of charge.

Totally relax and unwind at this truly spectacular villa. Lots of outside space including outdoor kitchen and bar area with professional pool table and table tennis. Beach sand has been cleverly positioned to offer a beached area where you can enjoy a game of volleyball or French Boules, also perfect for younger guests. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are carefully positioned to capture the views.

The accommodation is cleverly arranged over two levels, open plan with large kitchen, lounge and conservatory perfect for entertaining. The property has been carefully designed capturing the views from every room. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances.

The entrance leads to the first lounge with comfortable leather sofas and 42” satellite tv. Followed by the large size naya (conservatory) with three sets of french doors leading to your own private terrace with extra large swimming pool.

The villa has a huge 45 sq mtrs brand new fully fitted kitchen with the very best rated appliances. Granite worktops throughout, breakfast bar, integrated fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, two fan assisted ovens, gas hob with griddle and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a superking size bed with large wardrobes, drawers leading to a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and wc. Patio doors lead you from this bedroom to the conservatory and pool area.

From the lounge take the stone tosca sweeping staircase to your second lounge area with 2 large sofas, chair and TV. 5 bedrooms are located on this level. The first bedroom is super large with super king size bed en-suite bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms are both with ensuite bathrooms and furnished with king size beds, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Across the hall way leads you to our family room, here you can enjoy a superking size bed and a further bedroom with interconnecting door to additional bedroom. The family room has bunk beds, wardrobes, drawers and en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The final bedroom perfect for children allows for 4 to share 2 sets of bunk beds with wardrobes and drawers. This property offers a wonderfully stylish design and décor throughout.

Features include air conditioning, professional pool table, internet/ Wi Fi (6MB), central heating and wood burner. There are various books, games and films including children’s Disney films.
