This beautiful villa is entered by a secure entry system into a mature walled landscaped garden, large sun terraces, and a large Private Salt Water Swimming Pool measuring 8m x 10m to enjoy. The villa comprising 370m2 build size is distributed over 3 floors and consists of 2 large double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 of the twin bedrooms can convert into a double if needed and 5 bathrooms.
The spacious lounge and dining room with its feature fireplace and high ceilings is perfect with TV DVD , Free Wi-Fi, UK and Satellite TV. The villa boasts a Master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite includes lovely features of a large shower and free standing bath. Direct access to a private sun terrace from the Master bedroom with panoramic views to the sea and the mountains. The property in addition boasts a spacious conservatory area. The fitted kitchen, beautifully presented comes complete with Integrated Electrical Appliances. This property also has a outdoor shower room off the garden complete with shower, toilet and handbasin.
This is a lovely private, fully equipped holiday home located in Corralejo. This villa is in a lovely part of Corralejo, yet only 4 minute walk from the main strip in the town and 5 minutes from the wonderful golden sandy beaches. The Villa offers a magnificent outdoor area where you will find a large private pool, large private garden area and an outdoor barbecue with garden table for up to 8 people, where you can enjoy any time day or night.

First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Soleado felt like a home away from home. The fully equipped villa had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area, with its pool and barbecue, was perfect for evening gatherings. We loved the proximity to Corralejo’s main attractions and beaches. This villa made our vacation truly enjoyable.
Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Soleado. The four bedrooms and five bathrooms were incredibly convenient, offering enough space for everyone. The large private pool and garden made for memorable outdoor moments, and the barbecue area was a hit. The villa’s location is ideal, close to both the town and the beach.
Villa Soleado provided us with the ultimate relaxing vacation. The saltwater swimming pool and private gardens were simply wonderful. The spacious living areas were well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the master bedroom with its en-suite and private terrace. The location, a short walk from Corralejo’s main strip and golden sandy beaches, was perfect.
From start to finish our stay was perfect. 10 day break with 8 adults and we all stayed comfortably in the villa, the villa is big enough for everyone to have their own space. its well equipped with everything you could need. Communication from Sharon and Alfredo was brilliant with any queries dealt with immediately. The villa is very private and cleanliness is 100% all round. I would definitely recommend to any friends and family we will be back 100%
We stayed here for a week as a party of four adults ;everything we needed was catered for in the villa and it was a very good location close to all amenities. We enjoyed the pool area, it was very quiet and peaceful and there were so many areas to relax; the bedrooms were very comfortable and Sharon even put in beach towels when requested. We didn’t use the tv room on this occasion but often bring our grandchildren who would have loved it The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed; Sharon and Alfredo could not have been more helpful during and after the booking. Definitely one of the best villas we have rented on the island and visit at least once every year.
