Patio doors off the lounge lead to a comfortable seating and a dining set under a shaded terrace – ideal for alfresco dining. A few steps down from here leads to the private heated pool which offers total privacy with its screen hedging. Stairs from the far side of covered terrace lead up to the roof terrace with seating and views of the surrounding area. Around the side of the stairs from the covered terrace are 2 BBQ’s (1 with a paella ring for those who want to sample some authentic Spanish food). The garden is well maintained and has several other dining sets amongst it. The private heated pool has Roman steps and is a perfect place to sunbathe and unwind.

Right off the hallway is the separate shower room, and next to this is the twin bedroom. Next to this is the double bedroom with an en suite shower room. The second double bedroom is on the left and has an en suite bathroom.

Straight ahead from the entrance hall and through an arch, leads to the contemporary lounge that has patio doors leading to the covered terrace and pool. These doors have lots of natural light flowing through this area, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Pass through either of the 2 arches from the lounge, and you will reach the sleek and stylish kitchen/dining area. This makes an ideal sociable space and a great place to make a cool refreshment or a family meal. A further set of patio doors from kitchen lead onto the covered terrace.

This impressive 3 bedroom house is within easy reach of a choice of great beaches, as well as the old town and port of Javea, all within a short distance by car.
