Villa Simona is located just a few kilometers from Ibiza. Its a historic 600 m2 finca is more than 400 years old. On the property there is a tennis court, a main house and a guest house. This property offers complete privacy.
This luxury finca is a totally renewed traditional villa, located in a secluded quiet area with a private drive secured by an electronic gate. It has sensational views to Formentera, Ibiza and the harbour. By car it is fifteen minutes to the airport and five minutes to Ibiza Town and the port area.
This is an original finca, more than 400 years old which has been recently renovated. It has 5 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, And in the attached guest house a double bedroom with ensuite, all rooms have air conditioning.
The living room has satellite TV. It has a dining room and a modern equipped kitchen. It also has two large terraces with dining tables and chill out. A curved outdoor pool of 25 mtrs has a large surrounding terrace with sun loungers, BBQ and shower. The land has numerous fruit trees. There is a tennis court on the property.
The surface of the land is of 173,198 sqm. This villa has a spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views over the terrace and pool and skylights in the roof that allows more natural light. The charming outdoor area has a barbecue and wood oven. From the huge pool you have a breathtaking views to Ibiza, the sea, Talamanca Bay, Salinas and Formentera and there is also a jacuzzi on the roof top. Although this property is very big, you have full privacy and no chance to look at it from outside. Villa Simona Is also available for weddings and events upon request.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
