An exceptional nine bedroom villa situated in Sierra Blanca; one of Marbella’s most prestigious addresses. The property boasts breathtaking views to both the sea and the mountains, and offers refined luxury throughout. It is located at only a five minute drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The main villa contains a magnificent entrance foyer with views through to the gardens and Mediterranean. The villa contains a total of seven imposing and spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms, spread out over three levels. There is a generous lounge area plus a separate television room, formal dining area for eight, luxury fully equipped kitchen, and a spectacular home cinema room on the lower level.
The guest wing contains large lounge plus kitchen and dining area, two bedroom suites, snooker room with full size table, and a fully equipped gymnasium.
Externally, there is dining capacity for ten on the terrace, a wonderfully landscaped garden containing a large heated swimming pool, two table-tennis tables, and a floodlit tennis court. Complete with daily maid service.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Sierra not only offered refined luxury but also a sporting oasis. The floodlit tennis court, two table-tennis tables, and a fully equipped gym provided entertainment and fitness options. The landscaped garden and large heated swimming pool completed the picture of a spectacular villa in a superb location.
We were 18 adults staying in Villa Sierra in August and we had a wonderful week. The Villa was just perfect with the pool area and the terrace with a fantastic seaview were we had breakfast and dinner. We also liked the large bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Very good located, not far from the airport and close to a lot of nice golfcourses. We highly recommend this villa to both large familys and groups. We´d love to go there again!
We had a lovely week in the beautiful Villa Sierra! The perfect house for a large group; spacious, convenient facilities and a great outside area. Also, Villa Sierra is located in a great area, close to the beautiful beaches of Marbella. The housekeeper is very service minded and professional, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. We highly recommend renting Villa Sierra!
Villa Sierra was a stunning house with a wonderful view. It was very spacious and provided ample living space for 18 people, our group. The neighbourhood was peaceful with a number of good restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this ‘palace’ and is a great holiday destination for everyone of all ages.
The Villa Sierra is beautifully located with magnificent views of the mountains and Mediterranean. It is close to several towns like Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella and Mijas Pueblo. The villa is spacious and the rooms are well appointed the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker. We spent a lot of time on the upper patio area which was comfortably furnished for lounging. All of us loved the swimming pool and nobody wanted to leave. I highly recommend renting Villa Sierra!
