A stunning large detached villa close to the exclusive town of Moraira. The villa offers 5 bedrooms sleeping 10. The Villa boasts all day sun and plenty of terraces to relax and sunbathe or enjoy al fresco dining. A large 10m x 5m swimming pool sits directly in front of the villa and there are several sunny and shaded secluded terraced areas. There is parking space for several cars and large garden areas. Children are well catered for with a large trampoline and a table tennis table.
The villa is furnished to a high standard with plenty of attention to detail and we have tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Moraira is a pretty town on the north costa blanca and boasts plenty of restaurants and facilities.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had such a great time and really loved the villa that has everything the pictures promise. The property manager was very professional and gave us good and fast response when needed. We aprechiated the extra cleaning and nicely folded sheets and towels at our arrival it gave an extra luxurious tuch to it. The pillows was hotel standard and we wanted to take them home with us. The trampolin was well appreciated by our youngest kids and also the ping-pong table and the well equipped kitchen, extra fridge and the lovely bathrooms. Was absolutely great! The neighbourhood is beautiful and the supermarkets has much nice grocerys to offer. We very much hope to come back to this villa!
The villa looked so perfect from the photos that we were worried that it wouldn’t live up to it in reality, but it did – and more! The villa sits on a huge plot, with space everywhere – the inside flows naturally from one room to another, with ample space for lounging, eating, sleeping, cooking and generally just being on holiday. The decor is minimalist and stylish with attention to detail throughout – sonos sound system, extensive outdoor lighting, lovely seating outside, summer kitchen with fridge freezer, table tennis table, high spec bathrooms, full SKY tv, very big and clean swimming pool, excellent Wifi etc… Everything has been thought of. We will back DEFINITELY! Muchas gracias!
The property is a wonderful modern villa and was fantastic for our two families with 6 children in tow. The pool gave us hours of fun and there are lots of chill out zones – we especially liked the hammock! The facilities were great and Maria and family have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed dining outside at night when we didn’t fancy going out and there was ample room for all ten of us to sit down together at meal times. This is a super villa my tip is to ensure you have a car though as although there is a bar (which does great tapas) within walking distance, the town is a little too far to walk. Highly recommended.
I stayed in the villa with my family in September and we had a fantastic week. Maria was aware that we were celebrating an anniversary and she kindly left us a welcoming drink and congratulations – Maria was fantastic help in the run up to our holiday and was available to contact all week, she really provides a personal touch and makes all the difference. The villa is in a beautiful area, it is very peaceful and the pool/ outdoor area is lovely. We all enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this property – we hope to visit again!
