Villa Serafina is sleek and stylish in design and is the perfect choice if you are looking for something a bit special. Finished to a high standard, both inside and out, this 3 bedroom villa has a private, heated pool and a raised terrace for relaxing in this glorious setting. Located in Moraira, the house is around a 15 minute drive to the marina, shops, bars, restaurants and L’Ampolla Beach. The split-level pool area has sun loungers on the raised terrace where you can lie back and enjoy the sun. Three steps lead to the inviting pool, edged by a glass screen, with beautiful woodland views.
At the villa level, patio doors from the dining area lead to the wraparound BBQ terrace. Here there’s chill-out sofas, a dining table and chairs as well as a gas BBQ. A path leads around the back of the villa and down some steps to 2 further terraces with artificial grass. There is off road parking for 1 hire car with additional street parking available. From the street level, 33 steps lead to the pool area. A further 17 steps takes you to the front door and entrance hallway opening into the living area.
The delightful open plan living area comes with high quality furnishings. There’s a curved screen TV, a feature log burner, plus a leather sofa and armchair. There’s also as a dining table and chairs. From the lounge/dining area, a step leads to the contemporary, streamlined kitchen with high gloss units and mood lighting under the worktops. There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Serafina, all stylishly furnished with ample storage space. These are made up of 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom. There is also a separate contemporary walk-in shower room.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our experience at Villa Serafina was an elevated luxury in Moraira. The private pool area, surrounded by sun loungers and a glass screen, provided a scenic retreat. The open-plan living area with high-quality furnishings and a feature log burner created a cozy atmosphere. The chic design, along with the contemporary kitchen, made our stay both comfortable and stylish.
The villa is 5 star with everything for an enjoyable holiday. It is ideally located with shops, restaurants and beach all within a few minutes walk. The villa is situated in a quiet secure and private setting with lots of space both inside and outside and is ideal for a family vacation. Excellent back-up support from the local team. Best holiday villa so far – we’ll stay here on our next trip!
We just loved the house. For us, as being a family holiday the house was just perfect. It looks much better than the pictures, it was extremely clean and comfy. The kitchen was complety equiped with all you could need in a vacantion. The bedrooms are generous and lovely decorated ( just like the rest of the house). The location is spectacular, nearby-restaurants, bars, market, clubs and shopping mall at walking distance. You can’t even compare this experience with staying at a hotel. I totally recommend it!
