Villa Sendero is a stunning villa in Calan Bosch, Menorca, located just a short walk from Xoriguer Beach. With 6 bedrooms, a large kidney-shaped pool, and spacious outdoor areas, it’s perfect for family getaways. Enjoy nearby restaurants and the marina!
Villa Sendero has a pristine location, less than a minutes walk will take you right to Xoriguer Beach, and a few minutes further is the marina of Calan Bosch, where you will find a range of restaurants and bars. The outdoor space and pool area at Villa Sendero is lovely and spacious, it’s an ideal spot to spend the evenings. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
The villa features a large, gated kidney-shaped pool, which is set at the back of the property. Surrounded by plush sun loungers, making it a great place to sunbathe and enjoy the Spanish sun. There is also a brick BBQ set to the side, making it a perfect spot to enjoy alfresco meals.
Villa Sendero features 6 bedrooms. The ground floor houses 3 twin bedrooms, one with direct access to the covered terrace and pool area, along with 2 convenient shower rooms. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, both have access to a terrace overlooking the front of the property, and another single bedroom (suitable for children only), completed with 2 separate bathrooms.
The lounge and dining area are located on the ground floor, both of which have patio doors opening onto the lovely, covered terrace area where there is additional outdoor dining space. The entrance to the villa is through a gated driveway with enough parking space for up to 3 cars. Past the lovely archway, 2 steps up lead you to the front door.
Villa Sendero is in a great location, less than a 2 minute walk across the road from the villa will take you to the lovely beach of Son Xoriguer. Nearby the beach there is a range of local restaurants. There is also a small commercial centre with, shops, a mini market, and a restaurant nearby. A short 10 minute walk away is the beautiful marina of Calan Bosch, surrounded by restaurants and shops coupled with a great view over the ocean.

Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Sendero was perfect – quiet enough to feel peaceful, but close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the kids loved the outdoor space. We especially enjoyed the covered terrace for breakfast and evenings. Great layout and plenty of parking too.
Super clean, comfy, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a life-saver. Being able to walk to both Son Xoriguer Beach and the marina was a huge bonus. The mini market was close too, which was handy. Would definitely return!
We were a group of 10 including kids and grandparents, and Villa Sendero had something for everyone. Plenty of space, a safe gated pool, and even a twin room with direct access to the terrace. The kids loved walking to Aquarock Waterpark while we soaked up the sun by the pool. A really relaxed, easy holiday spot.
You honestly can’t beat the location – we were on the beach in under a minute! The villa’s outdoor area was a highlight for us, especially the big pool and BBQ zone. We spent most evenings outside. The nearby marina was great for dinners and a bit of shopping. Highly recommend for big groups.
