We offer you this luxury 5 bedroom villa with a huge private 13 x 7 metre private heated pool in the sought after location of Del Duque, Tenerife. This villa is a spacious first class property and is maintained and furnished to the highest standard throughout. The accommodation is set over 4 levels and sits in approximately 2000m2 of its own landscaped gardens with private heated swimming pool. On entering you will be immediately struck by the spaciousness of the open plan, air-conditioned living area. In the lounge there are 2 x 3 seater leather sofas and two stylish matching chairs.

There two sets of patio doors leading onto the pool side patio and gardens, large flat screen TV with digital satellite which offers 20 UK and 20 Flemish TV channels plus a DVD player. There is a mini stereo easy to connect with your headphones to your mobile phone system. The modern integral granite surfaced kitchen is fully fitted in chrome and dark wood comprising of all essentials such as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, waist height oven, microwave, ceramic hob and extractor and a dishwasher, the kitchen also offers an island with breakfast bar and stools For dining there is a large extendable table that will comfortably seat 10.

Prepare to be amazed at the vast size of the outdoor area with covered patio offering sofas to relax in and an ample al-fresco dining area where you can serve food cooked on the charcoal BBQ. In the afternoon, lay by the clear water of the pool on the bathing area or take advantage of the extensive artificial lawns. Also on the ground floor are bedrooms 4 and 5, both have twin beds with large fitted wardrobes with patio doors leading to the Canarian gardens. There is a main bathroom with WC, bidet, double sinks, bath and a separate shower cubicle.

Moving onto the 1st floor, you will find the bedroom 1 which is easily the largest bedroom in the house. A super king-size bed dominates the space but there is still plenty of room for a sofa to relax in and a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and separate shower. It doesn’t stop there; this room is air conditioned and has huge patio doors leading out onto its own private terrace with views of the pool, gardens and the wonderful sunset out to sea. Still on the first floor, there are another 2 double bedrooms, Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom and 2 vanity sinks. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and large fitted wardobes. There is a separate shower room on this level with glass shower cubicle.

Up onto the 2nd floor and the large roof-top terrace with sun loungers plus table and chairs. Here you can get everyone together to enjoy some snacks before cooling off under the outdoor shower. Afterwards hop onto a sunbed and drink in the fantastic panoramic views while soaking up the sun till the very last drop has faded from the sky.

In the basement of the villa you will find the laundry room with washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. We have installed a safety deposit box in this room also. From this level of the villa you can access the private underground garage with space to park 2 cars and more. There are two safes installed at this villa.

This villa is furnished and presented to a high standard and is very well maintained. The amazing large outside living area situated within its own stunning artificial lawned landscaped gardens with many features and has several terraces with views over the sea. There is a BBQ area with many sets of table and chairs. The Heated pool is 13 x 7 metres x approx 1.5 metre at deep end, you enter the pool via roman steps. Around the pool are 10 sun loungers for your enjoyment. The exterior of this property has outdoor lighting that complements the unique surroundings.
