Villa Saucedo is in an unbeatable location! The facilities around the lively marina in the centre of Calan Bosch, as well as the beach, can all be reached within 15 minutes on foot meaning you’ll have everything you need close at hand. Children will also love the nearby waterpark! This impressive 4 bedroom villa is bright and airy inside, and includes WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and pool heating.
The villa has a private swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access and plenty of space for sun worshippers to relax. The brick BBQ is to one side of the terrace and the table and chairs is shaded from the sun to enjoy alfresco meals in comfort.
Although not needed, if you do choose to hire a car, the villa has a private driveway which is gated from the street. The front door is at the side of the villa.
The lounge and dining area flow into the fully equipped kitchen adjacent. There is ample, comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, a table and chairs and patio doors from both the lounge and kitchen open onto the pool terrace.
There are 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs is a third twin bedroom and a double bedroom sharing a separate shower room. Patio doors from both the double bedroom and hall open onto a balcony where you can sit with a morning coffee and enjoy views over the surrounding area.
Situated only a short walk from the marina in the centre of Calan Bosch, Villa Saucedo is a great choice for anyone wanting a good central location. A short walk along the street will bring you to a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants overlooking the yachts, whilst a choice of beaches can be found on the other side of the marina, also easily reachable on foot. The historic town of Ciutadella is 7 miles north and is definitely worth a visit by either taxi or bus!

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.

We had such a great time at Villa Saucedo! The pool was amazing, and we spent most of our days lounging outside. The villa itself had everything we needed – comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast WiFi. The area is quiet but still close to everything. Definitely a place we’d book again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The villa was comfortable, and we loved having breakfast on the balcony with the morning sun. The bedrooms were spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We rented a car to explore more of Menorca, but honestly, we could have managed without it since everything was within walking distance. A great holiday home!

This villa was exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere – to the beach, the shops, and the marina. The pool was a great size and very clean. The management team was also very helpful and gave us great tips on where to go. Would love to come back!

Such a peaceful and comfortable place to stay! The villa is bright and airy, and the pool area is just perfect for unwinding. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a supermarket nearby made things super convenient. We loved strolling to the marina in the evenings for dinner – so many nice restaurants to choose from. A fantastic holiday, we’ll recommend this place to friends!

We stayed at Villa Saucedo for a week with our family, and we absolutely loved it! The house is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool – they were in it first thing in the morning and again every evening. We really appreciated how close the beach and marina were, so we didn’t need a car all the time. The terrace was great for outdoor dining, and the BBQ was a nice touch! We’ll definitely be back!

The property is very well appointed, maintained and clean. It’s location is well situated on the island, with quick and easy access to attractions, beaches and amenities. The property manager is courteous, attentive and intent on making the stay a memorable and pleasant occasion. I plan to return again with my family and would highly recommend the property to interested parties.

The villa is constructed in excellent design,the bedrooms, heated pool, the kitchen was perfect and barbecue area was positioned perfectly as you got magnificent views and also the breeze in the evening.The beach at walking distance….excellent
