This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is a perfect choice if you wanting some relaxation by your own private pool and be within walking distance to the resort centre. Located in Arenal den Castell there is an array of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the fantastic horseshoe shaped beach of golden sand. Air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and WiFi is included.

The large terrace area in front of the villa comes with an outside table and chairs and brick BBQ to one side – the perfect place for a spot of alfresco dining whilst taking in the sparkling sea view! There is a private pool with a spacious paved surround which is ideal for relaxing on a sun lounger in the sunshine or reading a book.

The entrance to the villa grounds is gated by traditional olive wood gates and has a space to park a hire car if you wish explore the island. Access is from the covered terrace through the door directly into the lounge/dining area. The elevated covered terrace has a few small steps leading to the front door.

The front entrance opens directly into the light and airy lounge/dining area, which is an attractive open plan room that has comfortable furnishings complete with the dining table and chairs. You cannot help but be captivated by the beautiful sea views you can see through the patio doors from here.

The kitchen is located off the lounge/dining area and is furnished with white cupboards and black marble work surfaces. With sea views on one side, you might struggle to tear yourself away!

The bedrooms are all generous in size, brightly furnished and are fitted with built in wardrobes. The first twin bedroom is located at the front of the property with views out to the pool and sea. The second twin bedroom and double bedroom are at the back of the property. There are 2 separate bathrooms located either side of the villa, one with a half-size a bath.
