Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Really enjoyed staying here. The house has been recently renovated so it feels fresh but still has a homely vibe. We were a group of 12 and had loads of room. The outdoor areas were our favourite part—we had dinner outside almost every night. Easy access to Santa Pola for beach days, but also felt really tucked away and calm.
Such a chill holiday! Most of our days were spent rotating between the tennis court, the pool, and long lunches on the terrace. The place had everything we needed, from a giant kitchen to a cozy fireplace (which we actually used one cooler night). The area is super quiet too, so it really felt like a retreat.
This place is HUGE. Seriously, if you’re a big group, it’s perfect. We were 10 adults and 6 kids and never felt cramped. Tons of rooms, comfy beds, and two separate living areas so the kids could have their space. Loved the little balconies and the garden view from the top floor. Everything was clean and felt brand new.
We had 14 of us—grandparents, kids, cousins, the whole crew—and Villa Salynas was a total win. So much space to spread out, but still felt cozy. The kids lived in the pool, and we played tennis almost every afternoon. The kitchen was amazing for big meals, and the BBQ setup made dinners feel extra special. Everyone’s already asking when we’re coming back!
