Villa Sabra is in a prime seafront position, with superb, unspoilt views of the open sea. A small choice of shops and restaurants, plus a couple of good beaches can be reached on foot. Or, you can venture into the centre of Cala D’or, to the marina or any of the other local beaches by car or road train. This impressive 4 bedroom house has a unique design, a large private pool and lawned garden.

The highlight of Villa Sabra is undoubtedly its magnificent garden and swimming pool. The house is surrounded on all sides by a spacious lawn, which has panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Facing the water are 2 separate covered dining areas and there is also a brick BBQ and built-in seating by the poolside. The villa also has a pleasant roof top terrace from which you can admire the view along the coast in either direction.

At the front of the villa is a private parking area for 1 car, with more space to be found on the street. Two exotic palm trees welcome you, leading to the large open lawn. A path and a few steps lead up to the entrance. As you enter the front door, you come to an internal, central courtyard with arches on all sides, leading to all parts of the villa. The open plan lounge and dining area each has a set of large patio doors framing the sea. There is comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has access to the terrace at the side of the house, leading to the alfresco eating area and pool.

Off the lounge is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors onto the rear terrace with views of the sea. The remaining bedrooms are all accessed directly from the courtyard. There are 2 twin bedrooms, each with patio doors onto the side terrace, sharing a separate shower room. The final twin bedroom has a dressing area with an en suite shower and a large one way mirror window overlooking the pool (so you can see out but no one can see in), plus a WC.

There are seven sandy coves in Cala D’or including Es Forti and Cala Ferrera with small, yet perfectly formed, beaches. It’s worth visiting a few to find your favourite. You can try windsurfing, diving and snorkelling too. Facilities are available so, at the end of a day at the beach, you can shower off the sand and sun cream and visit the beach bars for a well-deserved sundowner!
