We are delighted to be able to offer this superb property which enjoys a truly privileged position in a quiet street in the heart of Binibeca Vell. The shops bars, cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance as is the lovely, family friendly beach. Furnished and decorated with style and comfort very much in mind, the house provides ample accommodation for large families or groups of friends and the layout offers several options for large or small occupancy. The facilities include all the modern conveniences you need and more, with plasma TV’s in all bedrooms, large screen TV in the lounge with DVD and a selection of DVD’s including children’s films, air-conditioning throughout and a modern kitchen. The grounds of the villa are extensive and offer sea views from the shaded terrace overlooking the large swimming pool complete with four swimming lanes. There’s a circular hot-tub which comes into its own on those starry summer evenings, especially with a glass of bubbly, and a great barbecue for al fresco dining. If lazing about or swimming isn’t your thing there’s even an American pool table and futbol table to while away those long, relaxing holiday hours.
The classic style kitchens are fully equipped for whipping up the popcorn as well as wholesome breakfasts to light lunches. Why not rustle up your own tapas and dine like a true Spaniard?! Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Villa Ruvalcaba exceeded our expectations. It’s ideally situated, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and a family-friendly beach. The villa’s layout is perfect for large groups, offering privacy and comfort. We loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor barbecue area. The bedrooms are stylish and well-equipped. Our stay at Villa Ruvalcaba was perfect. The villa’s central location in Binibeca Vell is unbeatable. We were a large group and found the spacious property ideal. The pool, hot tub, and barbecue were highlights, and the games room provided hours of fun. The bedrooms were comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. It’s a fantastic choice for a holiday in Menorca.

Stayed for a girls holiday and cannot believe how quickly it went. We were all speechless when we arrived, the villa is truly breath taking, its location is perfect, close to the local shop and restaurant. Every detail is thought about at this villa, we weren’t in need of anything during our stay. Everything at this villa is luxury from the towels and linen to the cutlery and cups!! Any advice or assistance we needed was just a phone call away and we really appreciated it. The whole place lights up in the evening automatically so no need to walk around fiddling with lights. An incredible stay and would recommend as a friends holiday or family with children! There were 14 of us and we were more than comfortable and not on top of each other at all. Cant wait to go back next year!!

We recently spent a week at this first class villa! We were a party of 10 with 4 teenagers who thoroughly enjoyed the well equipped games area & the large pool. The kitchen is very well equipped we all particularly loved the chilled water dispenser!!! The villa is spotless thanks to the lovely lady that visited us daily. We should also mention the great bbq area which is set slight away from the house but is fully equipped we spent two lovely evening there cooking meat bought at the local butchers! We also took advantage of a day trip on the beautiful boat hired. It was a truly memorable day for all the family! We would definitely recommend this villa & Menorca is beautiful! Thank you!
