This stylish modern Villa presents a ground floor with big windows opening to the village of Maspalomas and down to the dunes. Here you find a big living area with Smart-TV and WIFI and a semi open kitchen with dining area for 10 persons. The kitchen has all you might wish, dishwasher, microwavce, oven, freezer, cooler and a separate wine cooler. And you will find all utilites you need, from the can opener to the knife sharpener and some small electric household appliances.
There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with with queensize bed, the other one with double standard beds and one bathroom. The upper floor offers to double superior rooms with a bathroom next door and the matrimonial suite with bathroom en suite and a large private balcony with additional outside shower.
The plot is fenced and surrounded by walls on all sides, offering the most of privacy possible. You also will find here a parking space for 2 cars.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable maintenance of Villa Royale. A dedicated pool boy and gardener visited once a week, keeping the outdoor spaces in top condition. The maid’s bi-weekly visits ensured that the bathrooms remained spotless, and we had the option to request fresh towels. We appreciated the change of linen provided weekly.
We found the villa’s plot to be a sanctuary of peace and privacy. It was fully fenced and surrounded by walls, ensuring that we enjoyed the utmost seclusion during our stay. Additionally, the presence of a parking space for two cars was highly convenient for our group.
Our stay at Villa Royale was all about comfort and luxury. The ground floor hosted two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with standard double beds, along with a shared bathroom. The upper floor provided us with two double superior rooms and a conveniently located bathroom.
