Villa Roxanne – Stunning Sea View 6-Bedroom Villa in Cala Codolar

If you’re looking for a villa that combines luxury and relaxation, this is it. We were a group of 8 and had the best time at Villa Roxanne. The indoor/outdoor flow was perfect for our group, and we spent most of our time lounging by the pool or enjoying the terrace. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were perfect—everything was clean and well-maintained. Huge thanks to the agency for helping us with everything, from restaurant reservations to activity recommendations. The location is prime—Cala Bassa beach is only a short drive away, and you’re close to amazing restaurants!

We stayed at Villa Roxanne for 5 days, and it was nothing short of amazing! The villa is located on a hillside with incredible views over the sea and surrounding islands. We especially loved how the villa has multiple areas for both relaxing and entertaining—there’s plenty of space for everyone! The design is chic and modern, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. I also have to mention the service from the agency—they were super helpful and made booking so easy. Definitely recommend this place!

I spent an unforgettable week with my family at Villa Roxanne. The location is unbeatable—only a short drive to the stunning Cala Roxanne beach, and we enjoyed the nearby Sunset Ashram for evening cocktails. The villa itself is gorgeous, with huge rooms and spectacular sea views from every level. The kitchen was top-notch, and we loved eating outside on the terrace while soaking up the views. The service from the agency was impeccable as always—thank you for arranging everything so smoothly, from airport transfers to our private chef. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent a week at Roxanne House with 4 families (6 adults + 6 kids aged 5 – 10). It was the perfect place for us! The house is very spacious and stylish, with many thought out details like the setting of the bedrooms all with own bathrooms and access to the terrace, the large and very well equipped kitchen and additional facilities like the Pool table and the Bose sound system. The house has lovely views, a fantastic pool area. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt comfortable and relaxed from the first minute. Also due to the fantastic service and information provided upfront by Alba the booking manager. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back another time

Everything about Villa Roxanne is just right. Five star villa with everything a family could possibly need. Very high quality & very clean. Beautiful pool and gardens.

we stayed ( 12 people) at Villa Roxanne for a week. The Villa was stunning, sitting it beautiful grounds and was huge and immaculate. We had everything we needed and did not want to leave. We really had the perfect holiday and cant wait to go back again. great concierge service. Thank you for this villa and we are recommending it to all our friends.

We had a fantastic time. The house is exactly as described, actually better! The views are great, it is silent, situated in one of the nicest parts of the island close to the best beach Cala Codolar. The service was perfect, someone came on a daily base to clean the house and the pool. The rooms are nicely furnished and very spacy. All in all a very enjoyable time, we will definitely come back.
